Staff are all very professional. From the minute u enter office the are extremely welcoming. They listen and act on all your requests.

Went to view a property and wanted to take pictures for my husband and was told very rudely no no no no its on the Internet what you see is what you get. This is definitely not the case absolutely filthy and wood flooring coming apart and garage in the garden that can not be used by tenants. Different decor to Internet pictures. Grouting in the bathroom just slapped on and they wanted 1025 a month. Rude and old photos used on the advertisement will not use them again.

Terrible.
The staff are condescending,
They fob off issues,don't reply to calls and emails,
Upkeep of properties is virtually non existent.
