Northwood made renting out my property a very easy straightforward experience. They provided me with a totally professional and friendly service that gave me peace of mind and the reassurance I was in the hands of experts. I would highly recommend them.

Total rubbish agency if you are a tenant they always mess you around on repairs. They never get back to you when they say they will they feed you a load of old nonsense. I have had 2 so called supervisors say to me over the past few months about a fence repair. "Well if you don't like it then you know what you can do" I have even been accused of damaging the fence myself. I have been a model tenant with them for over 10 years now and it is the same old story with them everyone something needs doing. I would give them minus stars if possible

Excellent estate agents, very professional and was always a phone call away. Very attentive - we did not need to worry about a thing. Would definitely recommend.

How this company have business I do not know!!! So I’m interested in a property they have placed on right move, so I call them (5/6 times) and get no answer so I decided to email them to find out more details. It takes 2 days for someone to come back to me and it’s a text with a date and time for a viewing. I then try calling again no answer so I email back to say ok I’m happy to go ahead with the viewing (even though it’s not what I asked) but can I make it at 6 rather then half 5 and get no response. I then call again and this time I get an answer but told there’s no one in lettings. I mean come on talk about lack of customer service!!
