I have recently completed the purchase of my residential home in Slade Green by E & C Estates Ltd, they also found a Tenant for my property in Abbey wood. From my very first contact with them, everyone I had dealt with had been friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. I was always kept informed throughout and the advice I received was very welcome and spot on. The office informed me very quickly when the property I recently purchased came on the market and it fitted my requirements perfectly. They made a potentially stressful experience remarkable easy, because of the benefit one stop shop, the conveyance was done in house by their sister company Estate and Corporate Solicitors who did and amazing job. Also, they referred me to a surveyor that was very good indeed. In conclusion I would like to thank all the staff at E & C Estates for their excellent service and will certainly be recommending E & C Estates Ltd to anyone I know who is looking to sell, buy or let a property.

Disappointing experience as a buyer. Waited for call back from Ade to arrange viewing, didn't receive one, called again and booked with someone else. Rubbish customer service for potential home sale. Waited for feedback regarding maintenance, didn't receive after sending follow up message. Called to explain potential offer. Agent, Linda has no understanding of negotiation, insisted she received offer on property, I was about to offer on, which I expect is lie. Didn't even hear my potential offer. As an agent it's your duty to hear and forward all offers to the seller. E& C Overwhelmingly under represented their seller on this occasion and I expect it wont be the last. Do not use for selling a property. I can imagine if they dont pay attention to details, they are useless at other areas of property sales, renting and maintenance. AVOID!
