I've rented a flat from this agency, i been to see this flat with 2 weeks before to move in, i found there the landlord, a worker and a flat under refurbished, i asked some things about flat and the landlord guarented me a refurbished flat, i paid Agency fee+ all documents. When i took the keys, the flat was in same condition when i saw him( No doors handlers/ kitchen seems like after the war and a lot of issues). In same day i spoke with agency and i sent them photos with all issues and they guaranted me everyting will be done very soon. But they still lied me, till now they fixed only sockets. Worst agency!!!

Good at progressing a sale, not great at carrying out due diligence. They claimed to have a key ready for my surveyor and didnt have it on the day. They also didnt check the vendors claims to have fixed the gas supply. Now left with no gas on a property I have completed on, due to the vendor lying, so will have to take it up with them.

Very helpful and supportive during my buying and selling process. I used all there services they recommend for mortgage and solicitors and it was a very smooth transaction. Thank you all so much.... I know I was a big pain

Parhaps, the most useless and unprofessional agency in the country. Took me 7 months to get back tenant deposit. Always promising to call back and never. Wish I can rate with 0 star.
