My experience with Balgores Upminster has been mostly positive.  I would recommend their services to friends and family. Their fees are quite costly, however I expect you get what you pay for .
If I could give honest feedback from personal experience it would be to improve the lines of communication between the letting agent and the landlord.  As landlord I was explicit about the type of tenant I'd like to live in my property, Balgores had arranged viewings for a caring company to visit our property with the intention of allowing the company to choose their own tenant, so effectively it would have been a tenant going through a company going through me. Fortunately this has been resolved because I picked up on the situation as opposed to being informed as I would have expected Balgores to do. I am now satisfied with the tenant chosen and the methods Balgores used in finding them. Thank you

I've been using Balgores Lettings Upminster to let my properties for the past four years. They have always found excellent tenants in so much as they have paid the rent on time and looked after my investments. Any management queries have been quickly and efficiently dealt with. Furthermore I have found their fees to be very reasonable. I would recommend Balgores without hesitation.

I would just like to thank everyone at Balgores Upminster for their hard work. I used them to help me sell my property and nothing was to much. They did my viewings for me and always kept me up to date. Even once we had a buyer Louise the sales progressor was always chasing my sale and the chain and kept me fully up to date on the legals, helping to push it through quickly.

Richard, Louise and the team at Balgores were fantastic, I would defiantly use them again.

I recently let my flat in Upminster (Essex) and received an excellent and complete service from the Balgores team. The whole letting process was seamless and a preferred tenant was secured quickly at the discussed asking price. The tenant checks were completed quickly and agency fees were better value than other local agents in the area. I am extremely happy with the service provided and I would highly recommend Balgores (especially Chris, Laurie and Hannah) to landlords in the area.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to Balgores Upminster for helping me with the sale of my property. You were great from the very start to the very end. Nothing was too much for you, you was always available to talk and your sales progressor was really helpful too. I will defiantly use you again and have recommended you to my friend. Thanks again for taking the stress away.
