This it was the best experience and help I hade. At all time they where very correct, on time and very patron with as, because we were first buyers and same of the fields where very narrow and a kohen from as with out their help and understanding it was almost impossible for as to move one in order to by the house. The give as faith, trust and encouragement with the right push to get this fare as we are. We are very pleased and delighted .
I Was looking for a few investment opportunities and was told by the owner ‘your barking up the wrong tree!!’ when asked why, I was told by him that he owns a building company and will buy them all himself so no point in registering for property!! Unbelievable arrogance and rudeness! Staff looked scared to death of him!! I wanted to ask how a seller could possibly get a fair price and the conflict of interest being imposed but what would be the point!!
Very friendly and professional from the viewing right up until we picked up the keys. Almost two weeks into our new place and Owen Lyons are still efficient and welcome any questions/enquiries we have. Thanks all
I can't understand and I don't even know if it's legal in the first place to ask for ID , proof of residency, wage payslip and a lot of paperwork that have lots of very personal information , like insurance number and etc Without signing no GDPR contract between myself and this agency without seeing the property in the first place ,how can I trust that all my sensitive information aren't use in fraudulent purposes . This sound like a very big scam . Be very careful in this days anyone can mess with your personal information and can very bad affect your credit score . Who know what they can do with all this information that they are asking?
