love the bay tree. staff are always friendly and helpful. it’s well stocked with everything i need. i love refilling my shampoo bottles.

Had a wonderful experience with a lovely and knowledgable lady I believe called Kirsty who works there, she really helped me to find a product I had been looking for and was very patient and caring  I suffer with social anxiety and so usually don’t like asking for things! so thank you to her for being so kind and professional with me. Fab little local shop too.
