I am very satisfied with this practice. The staff are very helpful and professional and my dentist is lovely. And I have tried many practices in the past.

Not a good experience. Not able to cancel an appointment using their out of hours phone service, so texted their reminder service - then told I had missed the appointment and that I would have to find another dentist! Had similar dental experience to the previous review. Dentist barely checked my teeth on appointments but instead would just repair the tooth. There was no real care plan in place for my teeth and the I always felt uniformed. I too was an NHS patient. Update: Visited another dentist NHS whom after persistent examination, was able to apply a filling to my tooth which the Montpelier dentist insisted was a root-canal treatment.

I have been twice to this practice as a NHS patient and on both occasions I felt that I had been dealt with in a most perfunctory manner, and made to feel like a second class patient. Hardly any time was spent on my check up. I was not given any proactive advice also how to keep my teeth in a good condition, only told to go and see their hygienist at an additional cost. In the past when I saw my dentist in London he spent more than five minutes examining my mouth and he also cleaned my teeth as part of theNHS checkup.

Disappointed. I have been seen here about five times now, but each time my appointment has been cancelled and rearranged at short notice. (Same for other members of my family.) They have only got my name and address correct after three times of asking. Something like this may not affect their dental skills, but it does not create a feeling of trust and confidence in my health professional.
