Even 1 star is too high Absolutely disgustingly low level of communication and customer service. Forced me to pay for treatment to fix my broken front tooth despite being pregnant saying I could claim it back after. Only to find out they actually put my treatment down as private so I couldn't claim it back!! They knew what they were doing, talked about claiming it back with the receptionist and dentist, they gave me the receipt and have been hard to get an answer from since I've been chasing for an explanation! Only answer I've had completely misses the point of my complaint! Thieving and taking advantage of a pregnant woman! Only in it for the money - do not go there!

The dentist said I have to have 4 teeth out so I went to another dentist coz I didn't think they need an extraction so the other dentist said they don't need to take them out what made me really happy as they didn't even hurt

I have regular Airflow treatments to remove my coffee stains from my teeth every 3 months and it's the best tooth polishing treatment ever! The hygienists are fantastic and do a great job for me and the reception staff are really friendly and answer any questions I have about treatments I've asked about. The one I'm interested in at the moment is the Six month smile make-over treatment with dentist Martha. I'm just deciding whether to save up to pay for my treatment or take out one of their interest free loans. Thankyou for everything so far!
