Absolutely brilliant dental surgery, I’m a really nervous patient but they completely put me at ease, explained everything they were doing and constantly checked that I was doing ok. Both Daniel the Dentist and the lovely dental nurse were outstanding, very empathetic and complete professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The reception staff were smiling, approachable and helpful. If your nervous about dentist, this is the one to visit. Wish I could give them more than 5 *

I wish I can give no stars! 
 Receptionist is so rude and gives you - you need us more that we need you -  attitude. I’ve been waiting for a month and a half for my appointment. half hour before I’m due to come in, I receive a call telling me my appointment is cancelled because (I know it’s not her fault) the dentist had a call from her  child’s nursery. I explained how long I have waited but she did not care and said we will call you back to arrange another appointment the hung up in a very rude manner like some how this was my fault this has happened. It been a couple of day but no calls or no answer. Shocking!!

I had an appointment for 6 weeks, suddenly the week before my appointment they cancel on me. Then when i tried to rebook the appointment they told me i had to wait another 6 weeks, which by that time i would be back home since im an international uni student. Might have to wait till sept for a 30 minute checkup for my invisaligns. (Its may right now.)

Receptionist rude and very Unhelpful. I was asked to come in an hour early for an appointment (Which I did) and I was then made to wait 45 mins any way. Once seen I was told I had to pay for my previous treatment (Which I wanted to delay so never received) . The staff had no intention of wanting to help or provide a valued service, I emailed in to complain with no response. I would rather get Scurvy than set foot in this dentist again.

I tried it once and wasn’t thrilled as the staff were not very welcoming, but the dentist was perfectly nice and pleasant. I tried again, this time with the hygienist, and she was not friendly at all. And my mouth hurt a lot after she was done. I’ve been going to the dentist twice a year for 30 years - had loads of dental work to straighten my teeth, fillings, extractions, etc. and this was one of the most painful visits I’ve ever had.
