The highly experienced Dental Team at Brighton Dental Clinic in Brighton is able to offer a wide range of treatments, from the smallest correction to complete smile makeovers and dental implant reconstructions, so that you can have the confidence in your smile that you deserve.

Brighton Dental Clinic is a three surgery Dental Practice with three general dental practitioners Dr Ilias Tzampazis, Dr Michael Fillery and Dr Lynsey Crothers. The dentists are supported by our dental hygienists and therapists, Victoria Leggo and Lucy Neshan, and a loyal team of professional dental nurses, receptionists and our practice manager, Debbie Kirby. We are privileged to have in our team Dr Petros Besas, our visiting periodontist, who is specialised in treating patients with severe gum problems.

This is a truly impressive dental practice - and I received the highest quality of service at every level. As an anxious patient, verging on 'phobic' I was fearful - but Ilias Tzampazis devised a clear and achievable treatment plan for me over several months. He showed great patience and kindness, and never rushed or pressured me. Consequently I never missed an appointment! My dental health has improved beyond measure, and I cannot recommend this practice too highly.

Brighton Dental Clinic has changed my life forever. Thanks to Illias and the friendly staff, my smile looks incredible. I get many compliments from friends and family about my teeth, and all of this is thanks to the first class service from those at this dentist. Going to the dentist is usually stressful but after years of a painless experience and knowledge, I have said it before and I would say it again, I wouldn’t trust any other dentist. They are the best. Thank you so much

I visited Brighton Dental Clinic a few months ago for a hygienist appointment. When I arrived the receptionist was all smile and made me feel welcome. The hygienist did a really good job!! I was amazed how precise and quick she is. I am used to hygienist treatments but I must admit that by far it was the best I have had as I did not feel any pain and I am delighted with the results still months later. 
The whole practice shows professionalism and care for its patients. I highly recommend Brighton Dental Clinic

Without doubt I can recommend Dr Ilias Tzampazis as a dental star. Confident, calm and extremely charming he ensures his patients a relaxed pain-free visit.

Had a filling fall out from another dentist. 
Was quickly seen and I must say, this is the best filling I've had done in YEARS. 
No random sharp edges or big spaces where there shouldn't be, not proud on any edges and the procedure was also gentle and pain free.
Would 100% recommend.
