First time visiting and were welcomes by Eva on reception who was very friendly. Headed up to the bar drinks where a good price for a casino. Staff on table where helpful as we didn't totally understand the game and explained to us
Never been to a casino before. Quick registration, was given a free spin on the bonus wheel. Came back after 6pm to play blackjack. As a new person to the game they were happy to give me tips and a quick intro on how to play. Looking forward to come back and win some more!
Easy membership application on the door. Plenty of tables. Easy enough if you know casinos. Not 5* due to dealer not having very good English and being a bit rude and abrupt. Otherwise an ok place to end a night.
Excellent service and staff great place to eat and relax. George was amazing and looked after us all evening . Will definitely be visiting again soon . I would highly recommend. 5 *****
Average sized casino, staff are lovely. Split over 3 floors so makes it a bit difficult to create a good atmosphere here when I've visited.
For first time i went there sign up then go upstair to play, Find out that you cant put any coin so i went down stair speak to a manager who was rude toward to me,so came back few months find out that i not allowed come back as them ban me for nothing. speak to same manager wont allowed come back. very poor customers services poor staff as well
The staff are very helpful and the customer service is great beer a bit pricey but a nice atmosphere
I was the only persoj in the casino at 11 on a Saturday instantly went to rainbow casino which was a lot better, not empty.
I found the man on the door very rude and unfriendly. It ruins the whole experience. The rest of the staff are nice.
Very friendly service great atmosphere very professional staff.. Will definitely be back
