Very nice. Ate here many times for breakfast and evening meals and every time has been very good. This time we came for lunch and it was amazing. My steak sandwich was gorgeous and so was everything else. Very friendly waitress and sat outside for the first time and which was much cooler than in the restaurant. Definitely will be back again
Pretty good food for a chain but what stood out most was the service. The young waitress was so professional and helpful.
Lovely meal. We had very good service and the food was quick. However, the portion sizes as you can see are very small so thankfully I was not too hungry when I went in. Anyone with a big appetite I would not recommend this place.
We stopped here for breakfast on Sunday. There was a good choice of options and service was really good, you actually felt like a valued customer rather than a production line minion. Our food arrived quickly, was well presented and delicious. The prices were good vale and the coffee was gorgeous. We will certainly revisit and it was a pleasant and relaxing mid morning break.
Great food, reasonably priced and quick service. Cocktails were good too and on offer 2 for £13. Children's menu was great value but the drink was a little on the small side! Toilets could do with some work and the floor tiles all wobble about when you walk on them.
Nice food for a restaurant chain. Staff were friendly and we were seated very quickly. Service was very good. Good choice on the menu and all of the food we ordered was fresh and tasted good. If there is any criticism it is that the restaurant looked like it could do with a revamp and seats were a bit shabby red padded seating area. Despite this we enjoyed our meal and will definitely visit again. Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian options available
Eaten here before, but never a breakfast. Me and my wife both went for the full english. The menu makes it clear the produce is local and boasts about the farms they are from. This was surprising for a chain restaurant in a busy shopping centre. The service was very quick, no long wait for the breakfasts. It was probably one of the best breakfasts in a cafe/restaurant i have ever had. Sausage was the best, bacon was great, poached eggs cooked to perfection. And for less than a tenner each. I will certainly be returning in the future.
Bottomless Brunch Went with my partner to BB we had Jay i think as i asked the bartender on the way out as our waiter and he couldn't of made the experience any better. He was super busy but always made sure to check in on us. The food was amazing, drink selection was great and to top it off the service from Jay was fantastic! Will definitely be returning.
Booked a Bottomless Brunch for our mum's birthday. The food was amazing and the staff were very attentive from the second we sat down. Good value for money as our drinks were always topped up and the food was top quality. Thank you!
Service was great. Food was AWFUL. The burgers had a strange chemical aftertaste. Everything looked like it had come out of a packet and thrown on the plate - even the tiniest salad was limp. We had 3 kids meals & two adult meals and the bill was over £72!!! 100% not worth it at all. Definitely cannot recommend this place for food!!!!
