Had a guided tour of this beautiful building. Well worth a visit.
Very impressive, well located and historical venue in centre of Glasgow. For weddings, anniversaries and a lot more. What also can you wish for your big day as a venue? I love it
We hosted our wedding reception at Trades Hall of Glasgow on the 7th of July this year. Our guests were blown away that there is such a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Glasgow’s City Centre. It is the perfect venue! It was like having our wedding in a big cosy, elegant townhouse. Elaine couldn’t have done more to ensure our day went smoothly. She is wonderfully genuine and down to earth and has a true love and passion for weddings. She was just as excited for our big day as we were which made planning very personal and enjoyable. The staff at the Trades Hall are *amazing*, they allowed us to come and go as we pleased. There was no rush to get out at the end of the night, we felt relaxed and comfortable. They were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Thank you! The venue itself is phenomenal. We found that when decorating it – less can be more as it’s already stunning. We had a large wedding and used the downstairs rooms as our reception area and breakout spaces. The Grand Hall was perfect for dinner and dancing with floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful chandeliers. It has a rich, warm and romantic ambiance to it. We had our bar set up in the saloon which is next to the Grand Hall perfect for avoiding queues/ standing around where the party is happening. It’s completely wheelchair accessible. Thank you for making our wedding so special and one of a kind! The Fishers X

A wonderful building in Glasgow City Centre. Full of history and very atmospheric. Loads of wood panelling, high ceilings and wooden floors. Very well maintained and so interesting. Well worth a visit. A range of rooms available for events.
Great venue for a wedding. The multiple levels and rooms which are all steeped in history make for an interesting backdrop to the day. Plenty of space for different forms of entertainment and Paul Staff member very friendly and accomodating throughout the day/night.
First time attending an event here Fever Candlelight Conert. Stunning venue and great event. Thoroughly enjoyed A Tribute to Coldplay with violinist and pianist.
Was here for a Buddhist talk on happiness. Located centrally so not far from Glasgow Central Station. Parking available close by although maybe cost around five pounds for two hours. Main hall is large and easy to access and plenty of toilets available. Was a bit warm with temperatures around nineteen degrees around. Will be good for all talks/events for around two hundred people.
Visited the Craftex exhibition at Trades House of Glasgow and was impressed by the Glasgow colleges student work. The existing building has beautifully crafted woodwork within it; chandeliers and artwork befitting of this traditional organisation that champions beautifully made objects and innovative design ideas.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure
We had our wedding here and it was perfect! The venue looked amazing and Elaine was so helpful even with our numerous date changes because of covid. Highly recommended as an event space! Thanks guys.
