Great little site. Good for wildlife and fishing. A nice site to relax. Nice welcome from the wardens who are very friendly. If you're into trains it's only a 5 minute walk from the East Coast Main Line. It's also got a brand-new doggy shower with warm water so no dirty dogs in your caravans.

A lovely site, well laid out with very spacious pitches. Good fishing on the lake and plenty of cycle rides close by. Apart from background noise of A1 which is very close and amazingly peaceful and quiet site.

A lovely clean caravan club standard site with friendly wardens. I fished on the Saturday. The fishery is only about 3 ft deep and probably more suited to the young angler or hobbyist. I did have some good silver fish, a mirror and a small tench. Dont trust the bus routes, i got stranded in the next village as they dont run to newark after 330pm. All in all a lovely weekend. Oh by the way, its next to the A1 but it didnt bother us.
