Just stated for the weekend while motorcycling in the Lincolnshire Fens.nGreat little campsite with everything you need. The toilet & shower were the cleanest of anywhere I've been, truly wonderful thank you again Judith.nFantastic, friendly & helpful guy who is working there, Everette, it was a pleasure to spend the time talking with you over a beer.nCan't say how much I enjoyed the simple pleasures & facilities available.nGet yourselves over there for a nice break
This is a great little campsite just a short drive from the city of Lincoln. The site is well looked after, and is suitable for families, or couples. The toilet and shower facilities are very highly maintained and clean. The owners are very friendly and willing to help where they can.
POSITIVE-nLovely and quiet little site run by Alan and Judith. Tucked away in a sedate village location near to a popular pub.nLarge grass pitches.nAdequate and clean facilities.nVery reasonably priced.nBE AWARE-nNot a negative but something to be mindful of. Access onto and off the pitches can be tricky due to the fence and hedge boundary either side of the lane and the spaced trees, especially if you have an 8 foot wide caravan.nWe were met by Alan and Judith on arrival even though the weather was appalling. We had a lovely and peaceful stay, the weather improved as the weekend progressed and the site wasn't too busy for a BH weekend. An ideal short break!
Absolutely charming little site. Facilties are immaculate and the owner and groundskeeper were absolutely lovely. Would highly recommend to anyone wanted a quiet getaway. A little noise from the A17 but made up for my the lovely surroundings. Can't wait to visit again.
From the first moment we arrived we felt welcomed by the owners. Friendly and pleasant to talk with, I honestly don't know what the other reviewers were talking about perhaps it's them and their attitudes and not the owners who were the problem?. We had a lovely flat pitch under the hedge with ample electric supply don't use your kettle & toaster at the same time folks, simple.nYes, the toilets and shower could do with an update but the tranquility more than makes up for it... believe me, I've had much worse in the outback caravan parks in Oz.nYou also must visit the church just over the road, it's magical inside.nI'd definitely stay here again.
