Lovely peaceful site, with good pitch sizes. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great location and decent pub in walking distance. Only slight niggle was that perhaps the toilet/shower block could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as it didn't appear to be as pristine as I would have expected - it is described as 'excellent' on the website. Having said that, the showers were powerful, hot and very spacious, there was a freezer for customer's use and good facilities for pot washing as well as clothes washing if required.

just had a 4 day break at Trentfield and cannot praise the site enough. well kept grounds, clean facilities, showers and toilets. plenty of walks for the dogs in the area. the ferryboat inn within 10 mins of the site, food is excellent very pleasant staff and dogs welcome in the bar. but the jewel in the crown is the wardens of the site Elaine and Ed, very easy to get on with, would like to think we became not just campers but friends. thanks for everything, we will definately use the site again in the future.

Online booking form doesn't have an option to book more than one tent on one form. Terrible customer service from the owner (the receptionist and groundskeeper were reasonable and helpful) when we asked to pitch 2 small tents instead of 1 large tent. The owner was inflexible and aggressive in the manner which she dealt with our request. A simple error in booking which could have been easily resolved ended up causing us stress and inconvenience because we were refused permission to camp in our own tent, we had to sleep in a friend's tent. The campsite is big with plenty of space to play games. (there was plenty of space for us to pitch our tent)

Spacious, clean and friendly. Such a lovely location overlooking the Trent too. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

A very pleasant site with friendly staff and good facilities. The showers are very powerful!
