Great service, always do a top job on my bikes
Was a bit disappointed with the overall service and quality of work, I had already been warned they were expensive but I wanted to support the local businesses and if that meant it cost a few more pennies so be it, so decided to give them ago. While they were very friendly, the communication overall was very poor from start to finish! On picking my bike up on the first occasion they were still rushing around to complete the work which did not fill me with confidence and it all felt very rushed the bike had been with them for 5 days!!! Due to no fault of theirs, but I had a few issues that needed sorting, and I think they did there best, however having now taken it to the Specialised store they have been able to resolve the issues or give quality advice and point me in the right direction. I think I would go back for minor repairs but stick to the specialised store for the complicated stuff.
I can't recommend these guys enough. They are experts at what they do, price very fairly, work extremely quickly and are resourceful at finding parts when, at the moment, there is a global shortage. They are also really nice guys to boot.
Helpful staff, allowed to try on helmet and get good fit. Recommended trying other kit before buying. Always good when a shop will focus on the person not the sale. Makes for a trust relationship to be built
Extremely helpful people. I had a headset that needed replacing which could only be supplied direct from the bike maker Giant . Once I had purchased the new headset they kindly fitted it for me while I waited, it was not an easy job - but they only asked for a nominal sum. Very impressed Used them a few times now and would certainly recommend them. Especially if you are buying a new bike as they have high standards and will not sell rubbish. David
My friend had puncture coming from Bristol to Portishead, found there location from google maps and gave them a quick call to check if they where open and spoke to wonderful friendly lady who said they where. My friend arrived and was well treated to a excellent service by mike, who even did a little extra work. Anyone in the area needs work doing go on give um a try.
