Travelled 30 minutes to this 'nearest,' Waitrose as they closed the Caldicot one. Both coffee machines were broken and the cafe will not let you have your free coffee from them. Asked at customer services, been broken for 3 weeks as fridge needs replacing.nOverall a nice store but as they pride themselves on their rewards,this isn't good enough.nnBack again to day 1/10/24 1 month later and free coffee machine still.out if order. It's been over 2 months now.
Lovely staff that really make this place exceptional. Quality produce and their own brand stuff is very good. I think it's a stress free experience as you never really queue and the shop is well organised. Excellent fish counter and great wines at a reasonable price point. Also the garden centre plants are superb.
Such a lovely place. Clean organised. Hairdryer Shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Towels. Microwave but no cooker. Table and chairs on a porch looking at the beautiful peaceful view. Love everything about it. Small and compact A*****
Popped in to get some fresh meat from the meat counter, the lady who served me was an absolute gem, funny, polite and bubbly, please don't get rid of her as she is a total credit to your company, loved her. And the meat was great btw.
My elderly mother was poorly whilst in the Portishead store yesterday. The staff were helpful and considerate in looking after her until my arrival.nI’m sorry I can’t remember their names but thank you both.
