Love homebase, get all my paint here. Lovely displays of furniture for home and garden. Household items, pictures, clocks, plants, photo frames, storage boxes, wallpaper, cushions, wall art to name just a few. Shop here often, highly recommended.
Every thing you need in one place. Staff were very friendly and helpful
Lots of stock but hardly anything we need is there. Very untidy store. Staff stood around rearranging things when one person on till expected to serve long queue. Personally, I don't consider this particular store to be very well managed or maintained.nUpdate 6 Dec 23 - I bought an acrylic gnome but when I got home the head was smashed. I took it back to replace, checked two more in their boxes to find both damaged. Explained this all to the customer service person. No apology nothing. Got a refund.
Very clean tidy store... Lots of stock
Just wanted to say thank you for a great experience here recently. I came in several times trying to choose the right paints for my bathroom. All the staff members I spoke to were really helpful, spent ages with me to find and mix the perfect colour. When for another colour I'd started painting without using a sample and realised I'd chosen the wrong colour, they told me about the Dulux promise so I was able to get my money back in the form of a voucher. Really pleased with the end result and all the help they gave me, thank you!
