I am so used to buying MB leather products and pens , I managed to get some special cards holder , the pens they are selling in this shop are not what most people would love to carry. The repair cost of MB pens in some countries especially at home are ridiculous , once it’s out of the warranty you might as well dispose it. I hope they look into that to keep their loyal customers.

From the moment I walked into their store, I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness by the staff. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as I browsed their incredible selection of luxury goods. The products themselves were truly extraordinary. The attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship was evident in every item I saw. I was particularly impressed by their pens, which are not only beautiful but also write smoothly and effortlessly. Overall, my experience with Montblanc left me completely satisfied as a customer. Bizarre store with lazy staff. Had a horrible experience where all staff looked like they don’t care and hate their jobs. I asked to speak to the manager and was told “she doesn’t like to come to the shop floor and stays in the back all day” SERIOUSLY?!?!?

This shop lost a potential sale... they seemed to have let down 2 sets of other customers who had both reserved the same individual item and it seemed tense.  Two staff members of staff were so occupied by the same issue and made me wait too long.  We left the store not bothering to wait as the staff were clearly not interested in helping out other people in the store.

Found the staff here to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Understandably, the store can be exceptionally busy at weekends and I have found it difficult to contact the store by phone at busy periods, however customer focus by the store staff has been superb. They are always willing to help and offer advice. The pens are of superb quality - I use nothing else. A wide range of Montblanc items both on display and in store. Highly recommended if you want or need quality writing instruments.

Used wallet for 9 month, warranty card says 2 years warranty, but Bicester village only offer 6 month, so they refused to replace damaged wallet.

I traveled to the village today to collect my fountain pen . My son had dropped it off last year and due to circumstance this was my first chance to collect my pen . The staff were extremely pleasant and when I went to pay my bill of £80 , the kind gentleman said that he would waive the charge. After a very difficult time recently the gesture was so great and it has made my day.

Visited this store yesterday and was quite excited to buy a new wallet, however I was met by an extremely rude female member of staff with the glasses Chinese lady working here - absolutely ruined the experience.  She was nattering away with her friend not working there in Chinese. Bless the young man blondish/brown hair who came out from the back and was very kind and well mannered, however it was too late, I was totally put off. Maybe the young man working there should teach his colleague some good customer service skills and hopefully his good manners may also make an impression on her. Will definitely not be visiting this store again ever!

Love the store and was served by a very professional lady. I liked a watch but the strap was not big enough. I was asked to leave my details so she could speak with the Manager to fit a larger strap. Please call me or send me an email of an update.

Nobody cares inside. All talking to each other. Nobody ask me anything and all speaking other language.
