Booking a taxi means nothing to them, booked the night before because I new it would be busy. They basically just do as and when. No customer service.

This used to be a good firm, but they have got too big and customer service has dropped, when you order a taxi for a certain time you expect it to arrive then not 5-10 mins early (and if you are not ready drive off), Also only sometimes get textback (was told by switchboard it had arrived, and I wasn't there, when I was). seriously thinking of changing taxi firms
