Regularly use Kingsway and never had any issues. Most recent booking their car arrived within 5-10 minutes and we couldn’t fault the driver. Nice little bonus was an Easter egg for the children.

Booked a taxi yesterday which arrived on time with a courteous driver who charged the quoted fare.
I don't use them but my partner does. They turn up quickly and text to let you know they are sat outside in the middle of the road blocking both directions even though there is ample space to pull in and wait and not blocking traffic. Within 1 minute of this text they beeping their horns to let all people in the area know someone is going out and then as if that's not enough they call within the 1.5mins that has passed since the text to grumpily ask where are you; putting on a coat and getting my bag that's where I am, have some patience, like we do waiting for you to show up! Several of the drivers complain about the location they are dropping off at, even cancel the booking because they don't want to do a 20min jaunt to Salford. I personally will NEVER use them and will be looking for another company for my partner to use after too many months of this poor road behaviour. FYI Kingsway Cars, both stopping in the middle of the road aka the carriageway rule 271of highway code AND the use of horns 112 of highway code to get attention are both MUST NOT therefore can have legal action taken. So get your act together.
