Used this cab firm from railway station to Manchester Royal Infirmary twice today - booking was easy via their website, text messages to say when taxi was on its way, what the car would be when it arrived.  Drivers were incredibly polite, arrived on time, immaculately clean cars and very appropriate fares.  Would definitely use them again and happy to recommend them to others

I have used Intime for over 25 years and never had an issue. Never. Polite drivers, on time mostly - honestly never go anywhere else. Even those who work in the base are polite. Great all round customer service.

I have  been using intime over the last 4 months ,ever since I had an accident which has led to me going backwards+forwards to the MRI. The cabs always arrive promptly+the drivers are polite. The people on switchboard are also polite.

They are called in time, but are they in time no they are late. Operator told me 15 minutes then after half an hour when I called back told me he said 20 minutes with attitude  but either way that was still 10 minutes ago so intime taxis are not on time. useless company fat operator still had a scotch egg in his mouth

The taxi was a disgrace it was very dirty but because I needed to get to my hospital appointment I still took it , I will make a report about  the service ,it wasn't adequate for  my needs due to revision hip surgery it was difficult to get into the taxi, when I rang the base I specifically told them about my condition, they could have send a better taxi that was more suitable to my request. It was very mucking  dirty hadva alotvof rubbish inside I ask the driver why did he not clean it ,he said its a courtesy vehicle  that was his excuse

This company is quick and efficient but the only complaint is how the cars smell sometimes. The smell of smoke makes the journey quite suffocating. Also the person who answers the phone keeps hanging up on my dad. He has a stutter and they either laugh or hang up.

I ordered a taxi at 10.00am to pick me up at Oxford Road station at 10.15 to Manchester Eye Hospital but I got a call from the driver at 10.05 to tell me it had arrived I rang the driver back to tell him I was still on the train. I got off the train at 10.15 but he had gone so I rang again to order another taxi but it was 10.40 before I was picked up. Then I ordered a taxi from Manchester Eye Hospital to Oxford Road station but it took a further 25 minutes to be picked up. How disappointing my first experience with In time in October was excellent can you explain? Lawrence Catterall

Got a taxi, guy demanded money upfront and then tried to short change us. Fare was at £10.10 when he started handing us the change, so we had already stopped, and went up to £11.20 while we waited for the change.

Second time I used this service. Simply amazing. Really in time. Very courteous drivers and staff. Thank you!

The past couple times I have tried to use intime I have booked well in advance for them to not even accept the journey! Now I am late to work again because of this company letting me down. Wont be using again and will be telling everyone I know the same.
