Booked a taxi yesterday which arrived on time with a courteous driver who charged the quoted fare.

Great service. Quick to show up, clean veichkes and cheaper than some others.

Taxi arrived on time. Text messages to notify me it was on the way and then a second one to tell me the type of vehicle parked outside. Friendly driver and price very reasonable. Happy to use this company again.

Rude when answering phone then taxi didn't even turn up...

Picked us up on time and when we lost our key in their car, they returned it to our hotel to resolve our issue. Helpful and professional. Picked us up for return journey too. Thank you

Poos service, tried to book in advance a morning taxi to hear that there’s no guarantee the taxi will be on time, will never call them again. The person on the phone just ended the call while me speaking

Disgusting service, taxi driver told me to get out at 3am because i didn’t have cash, baring in mind i already paid on the app via card, showed him the proof of the money leaving my account & still didn’t care and started to get aggressive. I contacted kingsway about this the manager didn’t even care really he just tried to blame the system instead of taking care of the real issue, the driver.

I always use this taxi service anytime I need to use a taxi. They are reliable and always on time.
