Please avoid this branch!! Purchased a three year old ds3 and their customer service was appalling! I asked them to remove a couple of stickers from the car which they did not do. When I arrived and complained they then proceded to scratch the stickers off with their nails!!  This has now left scratches on the boot! When I was also handed the key it didn't work (the flip button didn't work). i have then had to take it to the nearest branch as the speaker didn't work... they have had the car two days with no sign of them fixing it yet... brought the car over another ds3 because of the peace of mind of it coming from a main dealer but sadly this isn't the case worth Citroen...

Hi Everyone Please be aware these Citreon Dealers are CowBoys specially the EDGEWARE BRANCH . I bought my first Citreon brand new in September 2015.I took my Citreon C4 Grand Picasso for  it’s 2nd Service although I had a service plan in place they said to me that the vehicle wasn’t due for Service and said to me to book it in January 2018 and when I called back they are making excuses that your service plan is expired although I have Paid for 3 Services and they carried the service only one time on my vehicle.I am very disappointed with their customer service and in Citreon Cars  And It’s Dealers. 
BEWARE FOR ANYBODY WHO WANT TO BUY CITREON CARS PLEASE  DON’T  ALL OF THEIR DEALERS ARE COWBOYS THEY WILL RIB YOU OFF IN THE LONG RUN!!!!!!!!
