As part of the team at McFarland Homes, it has been a pleasure to be involved in helping so many people take the next step towards their retirement and to see them happy and contented. Whilst it is always a big decision selling the family home, it is lovely to hear many positive comments from new owners such as 'they wished it was something they had chosen to do years ago'.

We moved to McFarland Park Homes just a month ago and we are finding our Park Home lifestyle wonderful and it exceeds all of our expectations. Our home is so well designed for comfort, light and space and of course very economical in the running costs. Everything is so modern and up to date that it is an absolute pleasure to live here. McFarland Park Owners have been incredibly helpful in our move here from start to finish and Sharon Manager has been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she has gone out of her way to make everything as easy and smooth as possible for our move here. Sharon is an invaluable member of the team and she is always so cheery and helpful. We would say to anyone contemplating a move here to just “do it” as we have no hesitation in recommending this style of living for the more mature person. It is a very friendly community and everyone is happy to stop and have a chat and offer any help. So glad we found this lovely development and so pleased we moved here.

Having recently visited friends that live in your park - I felt compelled to write a review to congratulate you on the high standard of your site.  It is extremely well kept and I thought the grounds were immaculate. I know my friends have lived there for several years and have nothing but positive things to say about living at Brickhill park, and park home-living in general.  It has made me think seriously about taking the plunge and putting my house up for sale!

My Dad & stepmother lived here for 14 years and we very happy.  The grounds are well kept, a really good community with support through the Neighbourhood committee.  It is very peaceful and comfortable and within in bus/car reach of Dunstable, Harpenden and Hemel Hempstead for larger store shopping but has villages within access that offer a whole range of shops.  I should recommend this site to anyone thinking of looking for a quieter, easier way of life.

My wife and I moved to Brickhill Park South just over seven years ago.  We have been very happy here as the park is well kept and the owners are very helpful if there is ever a slight problem. I am currently Chairman of the Residents Association and have very little to do because of the way the park is looked after. We held a very successful Summer Party this year and a recent well attended AGM.  We have the benefit of the close by Harpers Food Store, as well as a local village shop. We would be very pleased to meet any prospective purchasers to answer any questions, and are always available to help if any resident expresses a need.

like most places this site is not perfect , but  it is one hell of a lot better than most places are  , it is quiet and safe   with lots of nice people living around us , and we have a nice big  garden also  which is a big advantage  , so all in all  it is not a bad old place to live

so glad we picked here everyone is so friendly / welcoming  and the staff are so helpfully nothing is to small or big and they will sort it out plus they make your move go a smooth a possible if you like a quieter way of life the look no further than Pepperstock  also they are easy to maintain and economical,   absolutely love it here  Wendy and Les

MY MUM AND DAD LIVED AT THE CLOISTERS FOR AROUND 16 YEARS AND WERE VERY HAPPY HERE. THE PARK IS WELL KEPT AND THE PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLY.
