Lovely area for walking cycling. shops within 2 miles lake and attractions 10 minutes walk pub by lake but being refurbished.

Handy location adjacent theme parks and Campbell park and nearby lakes. Great walking and cycling paths and nearby the local canal route. Helpful staff. Neat facilities tho can be a bit of a hike and don't take the cat with you .. no room to swing it. Bonus is that the pressure is strong the waters hot and timer gives you a fair run. Grounds are neat and tidy and spacious too. Well maintained and all round top value.

£45 a night for utter neglect. "Nobody ever stays in these" the manager told us. Maintainance and correct presentatation may help....

A really nice campsite, run by helpful and lovely people. Good clean well maintained facilities and near to fun things to do.
