Shockingly bad service at what is deemed to be a 4 star restaurant! Awful starter menu choices. Our rump steak (£5 surchage) came out freezing cold and looked as if it had been cooked 4 hours previous then 're heated! Tomatoes were so burnt they was inedible. And to top it all off the customer service was abismle... no one wanted to take ownership of the situation and we received no apology! We ended up leaving without any food whatsoever regardless of the fact we had already paid in our package for dinner! Do not recommend. Oh and it's all overpriced!

Lovely place. Been a few times but today the service was very slow although the food was good.

Average main courses, disappointing dessert. They had no English mystard! Inflated prices. Facade with little substance, I'm afraid.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was lovely and full of flavour - portions were a little too generous for me nice at.osphere as well
