Town Farm Campsite

Excellent campsite, Charlie the owner was very helpful and friendly. Facilities were clean and warm (important as a visiting Australian!). Will definitely visit again on our next trip.

Great campsite for families. Facilities are really new and clean. Nice play area and try allow fire pits. Some nice walks nearby

Wonderful family run campsite with recently refurbished facilities and superb views. Since just a few weeks ago there is a HOG ROAST every Saturday evening 5.30-7.30: the best hog we've tasted, perhaps, ever! A picturesque 10-15 min walk down to the pub in Ivinghoe, which also has excellent food. You can also work up your appetite with a brisk walk up Ivinghoe beacon or start walking along the Ridgeway. Tip: if you're without children ask for a pitch in the upper adult field that has a lower hedge so you can enjoy the fabulous view from your tent. Highly recommended; with more tents than caravans and a generally relaxed, but cared for feel.

i spent a very enjoyable time at Town Farm Campsite this last weekend. On arrival I was met by Town Farm owner Charles , he was very helpful and friendly, as were his family and all staff members. The site is spotless as are all the toilets and shower facilities. I arrived at 7.30pm on Saturday evening just as everyone was polishing off what had been a hog roast on site, the young man carving managed to find me enough meat to fill a large bap, next time I visit I'll make sure I'm there earlier and be greedy and have a couple as it really was delicious. The whole experience for my first stay at Town Farm was very enjoyable and relaxing. The views are amazing in all directions. With the Whipsnade zoo approx 10 miles and the beautiful surrounding countryside and welcoming Owner and his team what is there not to like about this excellent campsite.I'm looking forward to visiting again very soon.
