food was quick and hot surprisingly quite good but the staff were horrible and miserable, two older ladies talking really badly about customers and how much they “hate them” right in front of families! Watched a worker drop a select on the floor multiple time’s finally put it in the bin and continue to wrap the wrap with out washing their hands and no gloves lady at the counter sighed huffing and puffing because we asked for a curry sauce said “10p” fair enough gave 20p and didn’t even ask if we wanted the change, paid for two and got one thrown across the counter. If you dont has customer service skills dont work in customer service. Other than the horrible service the food was exactly what you want from a mcdonalds.
We were on hoilday, Service was slow. The meal got was first mcfurrys. They were pretty much melting when given to us. The chicken wrap on the day of the offer is a good price. I went next morning at 6 am, wasn't even open by 6.20am
Poor communication amongst staff , reluctant to give us any more than 1 suave even though we spent 40 pound with 3 meals all 3 drinks wasn't full properly.nFood was fresh lobby cleaner was very friendly , behind the counter less so
Ordered on the app for table service, very quiet in restaurant about 3 or 4 other tables taken. Food delivered really quickly and my order was correct, no ice in drink so a good start. However the Burger was the worst one I've ever seen it was saturated in fat. I used serviette to wipe of excess but it was disgusting and I chucked it. Chips were lovely but very disappointing and won't go there again.
I visited this McDonald’s at 17:40 on the 02/04 and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the food itself was what you’d expect, the customer service really let the visit down.nnI politely asked the duty manager for some extra tomato ketchup, and their response came across as quite rude and dismissive. What surprised me even more was being told I’d have to pay 10p per pot. I’ve been to many McDonald’s locations before and have never been charged for ketchup, so this felt both unusual and unnecessary.nnIt’s a small thing, but it made the whole experience feel unwelcoming. Customer service should be consistent, and something as simple as providing ketchup shouldn’t turn into an uncomfortable interaction.
