We stayed here for 3 nights with 2 grandchildren aged 3 and 6 and their other 2 grandparents. The accommodation was basic but more than adequate for our needs. We only had one issue - a nasty smell coming from the drains after a shower. However, that was quickly rectified after a quick phone call and it did not happen again. The food was amazing, considering that it is mass produced. Absolutely delicious and always hot! Great choice at breakfast! The pools were fantastic and the children had a great time. The entertainment was very professional and clearly a lot of effort had been put in to make it enjoyable. We booked a couple of activities for the children and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The price we paid was very reasonable too, so we came away feeling very happy about our experience. Thoroughly recommended for a family holiday!!
Amazing site all round, plenty of activities for both the kids and adults. The fun fair area was particularly good as all the rides are unlimited excluding go karting as pay per go, and the fun stalls like hook a duck so you could go on as many times as you like whilst the rides are open. The entertainment in the evenings was very good and engaging for all, bingo was my personal favourite. A great resort overall and plenty to do for everyone no matter your age.
Went for a big weekender and the apartment for 7 of us good for the price but only 3 chairs at our dining table. Beware walls are not soundproof at all so heard many things happening... Radiator lights are so bright at night, bring an eyemask as was so irritating when trying to sleep. Entertainment was not great, acts werent good singers. Freddie at bingo was awesome but otherwise overall very meh. One and done for me, other attendees not the greatest brits Food good though, loved the grill and the staff there
Absolutely brilliant holiday. Clean apartment. Quiet location. Entertained every night with the great shows just make sure book them as soon as they become availablennIt's February so it was cold out but this holiday is all about the entertainment and swimming.nnFood is generally good, some better than others.nnOverall, the pe fact five day Feb break.
Here now with our 3 youngest boy's and my wife. It's half term and I expected it to be busy but WOW. Get ready to queue and I mean queue. You can't get in the swimming pool unless you queue in the cold outside from 9am to get in at 10am and then queue for a locker, queue for the showers and queue for over an hour to get on a slide. Then you have half a foot each side of you, if you're lucky to swim for the last 10 to 15 minutes. But wait there's more....you then queue for a shower again and queue for a cubicle to change in. It's far to busy. Due to this I looked forward to Friday changeover day At least we would have a few hours where we could access the facilities without massive queues.....how wrong I was. Outside fair: shut. Inside fair: shut, playcentre: shut. Well at least the pool will have less people, wrong again. They shut every part except the wave pool which was busier than ever and they shut off the Space Bowl slide.nBed was uncomfortable, some staff where rude, but, some staff were great. There is lots to do but you are waiting or queuing most of your break. Internet is really bad and signals for phone is worse. Probably a lot better when quieter but a waste of money during holidays.
