Only time I have a McD's is when I'm passing Fort William. I have to say this is the best experience yet. Lovely woman and possibly her daughter working there from Hungary place was spotlessly clean, warm and friendly and not putting up with any nonsense from perhaps local teenagers..lovely young guy working there too.. thank you

Stopped here on the way back from a holiday in the highlands. The service was fast, efficient and precise. The young lady at the counter patiently asked me how many sugars and milks I wanted. I felt bad for the manager who had to deal with the rude, swearing customer in front of me, but she asserted herself well and put him in his place. There is no excuse for verbal abuse.
