Went twice within the space of 5 days. First time there was a long wait and the staff seemed very unorganized. Second time we waited almost 20 minutes for our food, despite the screen saying our order was processed. When we asked where our food was, it appeared that either it had been given to someone else or just never made. So we waited another 7-10 mins for it to be made. Not amused. Whilst waiting, witnessed at least 3 other customers with either the wrong order or something missing. Very poor management and communication between staff. Toilets were also flooded and unusable the second time. Poor show.

Best Mcdonalds I've ever been to. Fast service with tasty food. We seen a staff member help out some folk who were a bit confused with the new touch screen order system. Great to see.

This place was a lifesaver (well, not literally!) on a looong journey from Perth to the North. It was late afternoon so not much was open in town and this McDonald's was conveniently just off the main road across from Morrison's. Not much parking here, or space inside but they're small quibbles! Friendly staff. Easily walkable into town from here but you'll need to park in the main carparks the town provides nearby. Everything is well sign posted.

As an ex-McPloyee, but not at this branch, I can make a fair judgement on service. 14 People, 1 van through the drive thru.... We were served within 10mins, all food and drinks and also hot. I've seen smaller orders take more time in some places. Top service from here and Good grub.

I bought salad but they didn't have it (orderem and paid by screen ordering). So I decided to take wrap, which is cheaper but didn't get the change back. We got cold food.
