The food here was amazing. I had a duck and hoisin burger; now I know some of you are thinking "what the Heck", but trust me it was nicer than words can describe. This restaurant make everything themselves from the ketchup to the haggis and black pudding, this is what makes the difference as the food stands on its own with great flavour and quality. In addition to the food the service we received was fantastic. The staff and chef were friendly, approachable and chatty. I can not find a single negative thing to say.

It's okay if you like meat, which is fair enough it's a grill restaurant, I went with family and they loved it, I wish they had more veggie and vegan options to get with today's taste buds. I had a Greek salad which wasn't worth it in my opinion. Great service, friendly staff.

We were having an average meal, not great, but then heard the owner threaten to "knock your f****** head off" to some young boys because they drove a classic car into the car park and it was a bit smokey. Completely unacceptable behaviour from a business owner and we will never visit here again or recommend it to anyone either.

Fantastic meal, great to talk to the manager, couldn't have asked for a better meal in lovely surroundings on the night we stayed.

Really good steak, the best steak I've had in a very long time. The pork starter was very good. Recommend a visit for a reasonably priced good meal.
