McDonalds Killingworth has recently been refurbished and now subscribes largely to the 'order yourself' style common to other restaurants in the chain. Food ordered is then either brought out to you or collected at the counter. As you would expect from a newly refurbished restaurant, clean and everything in good working order. A plus for families with kids is the addition of new tablets to keep them occupied. Food of the same standard as other restaurants, and staff very friendly and helpful.

Plain orders always wrong when going through drive through. Use one it annitsford instead.

Dreadful. Condescending staff assuming I can’t place my order without help and then getting the orde wrong. Won’t be going there again

Very rude staff! Don't expect to go to the toilet and hear "have they just come in" we did order, just had been in the car for a while and needed the loo, the supervisor then came out and the woman said we had ordered! Rude! Rude! Rude!
