Arrived to be served by a lovely girl. Told we needed to wait 4 minutes for chicken. We accepted the rest of the order and waited 10 minutes before we went and asked for the rest of our food. It was like we were Interrupting their chat and it was passed over with no apology. The place was dirty and unkept with overflowing bins The staff stood around and talked to each other the whole time. One even took her hair net off and put it over her face for a joke !! Then put it back on her hair. Very disappointed as the food was actually good Definately a staffing issue with no management

Disgusting. As a family we decided to go to kfc we got half way home and looked at the food which wasn't even in a box (family bucket) was really soggy and laced In salt the littlest amount that we tasted is still lingering it's vile! Ended up taking the good back and ordering a Hungary shack which is absoloutely amazing! Never ordering a kfc from Killingworth again.

Traditionally, the batter on fried chicken is make with corn flour but this place uses wheat, probably because it's cheaper. The gluten in wheat makes many people ill, including my self.

It's clean, food is good and it never seems very busy so wait times aren't that bad. Tis ok yah

Absolutely ridiculous service, no sides available, staff not remotely interested, yet again very poor service/food will never go back again even though on my doorstep.
