The Unit is based in South West London, in the area of Wimbledon in the biggest shopping center in Wimbledon.

Story

People working in the unit are from different backgrounds, Africans, British, Asians, Europeans and Americans, the rang of age is 15-45 years old.
Our Unit has a Unit manager, Assistant manager, Shift running managers, Floor managers, Crew trainers and crew members, all working as a team with a very good attitude and enthusiasm towards the job.

Our mission is simply to deliver Quality of food, fast and Friendly Service and environment Cleanliness, also to train every member of staff to deliver a high level of standard.

Products

Our menu contains several items, and they're famous such as a Big mac, Quarter pounder with cheese and other items, also we haven't forgotten people with low fat diet and we can offer them Grilled chicken salad with mineral water and a low-fat Blueberry muffin.

Another franchise, but the service can be improved. Staff goes berserk when you give them a large order, wonder why? - most of the prep work is automated and the till system helps to sort out the money. My guess is the staff try to multi-task, .. perhaps they're trying too hard. Over to you , .. Head Office

Disappointing squashed burger. I tried their limited-time Big Mac "Grande". The meat approximated a crepe in proportions - wide but extremely thin and fairly tasteless - and the whole assembled thing, predictably enough, looked absolutely nothing like their marketing pictures.

Sad place, bad service, bad choice of burgers. The burger king in the other side of the road is much much better. Go there!

The security are a bunch of bullies. A few times I've been here and yeah school children can be horrible at times. But I've just witnessed two school children being told you can't set and eat here if you're under 18. So take away only if you're under 18.  I said to them if they want they can sit with me and my daughter. They said it's OK they'll go. But the point is you can work at the age of 16 but not eat at McDonald's? And it's been a few times I've seen the security do this. It's a cold day and you're kids are doing nothing but eating their food. I would rather my daughter eat somewhere it's warm and not sitting on a park bench in the cold.
