Nice food can not fault Hit and miss on the service and plight- ness of the staff in the past was a deterrent in returning However Improvement in quality and menu choice make me come back and I was impressed. Credit where due

Went to Moka Restaurant at Wimbledon on 14th Oct 2017 around 2PM and ordered an omelette which cost £8.95 and it was DEFINITELY the worst omelette I ever had. It was so burnt on one side and the other side was still bit undercooked looking. I showed it to a waiter and all she replied was "so, you don't want this?" I was really shocked to hear the answer and that there was no apology whatsoever. I also ordered a carrot cake and they served the cake on top of some sticky sauce AND a piece of paper (table token stick) on a small plate. I had to speak to a waiter again, and I was just told "that's how it's always served". Once again, no apology whatsoever. Seriously?? I ordered a pot of Earl Grey tea and they served a pot and a cup, but the tea bag was missing. Something is seriously wrong with this place, Moka restaurant in Wimbledon. Will never visit there again.

Horrible place with unfriendly staff and to be avoided if you have kids. I went to Moka with a friend of mine and my 1 year old son for a coffee. My friend decided he wanted to have some lunch. I was not hungry. My son is eating solids now and although he was eating a ready made meal I knew sometimes it is not enough for him so I wanted to order something from the kids menu. My friend ordered a pasta and when I told the waitress that I would like pasta from the kids menu she REFUSED to take my order as she claimed she 'knew' the food was not for my son. Ridiculous! If it wasn't for my friend I would have left the place at that moment. Also the waitress kept on moving my son's stroller because she could't be bothered to go around. Needless to say I won't be returning.

Food is alright, nothing to write home about but as good as you'd expect for a place that's there for a quick bite to eat in the middle of a shopping centre. It's the staff that really let this place down, everytime I've been there they're sooo miserable.

Currently having lunch and the service is just appalling. Standards have gone down sadly..
