I'm giving 5 stars for Lynnette who works on the till on food department. She had excellent customer service skills and was the first staff member to offer me a Sparks loyalty card. No other member of staff from any other branch ever offered me it! So just want to commendend Lynette for it.

bad customer service Unfortunately have to rate this branch poorly due to the customer service or lack there of. It is a large well stocked M&S food store but then actually trying to pay for anything is a complete let down. there only ever seems to be one-two staff at best serving on the check outs as it is mostly self service tills which is infuriating when you have a large amount of shopping. unfortunately most of the time they are slow and quite miserable which is a discredit to M&S as any other branch I have been into the staff are excellent.

Good customer service, without asking a member of staff offered me a flower bag at the self scan checkouts. Google maps location a bit off though, it's right by train station east entrance on the lower floor.

I have been coming to this Marks and Spencers for several years now. I was always pleased with the quality of the bakery products. However for 2 months now that quality has declined. The bread is almost raw and inedible. It is unfortunate that we have to part ways. The current baker is arrogant and doesn't care about customers.
