I love Mcds but this is the worst mcdonalds. When ordering the chicken selects they never remember to put the big pot of dip in and that is a big part of the selects. I've even paid more to add more of the smokey bbq dips to try and ensure they put them in the bag and they still don't. Also the fries boxes are always about half full. Never been able to get a milkshake or iced drink as its always unavailable. This time I just had one fries box that was empty. Nice and cheap though... Update Braved this mcdonalds again as my son fancied a happy meal. Fries box was only a third full. 2 long hairs found in the burger when biting into it. Paid for dips and none came. Instead of a normal sized bottle of water with an adults meal they gave a tiny kids one. Will never get from this mcdonalds again. Tried ringing them but just kept hanging up on me.

i dont care enough to complain formally but the last few times ive eaten here, they've gotten details of my orders wrong. such as leaving out items i wanted as well as leaving in items ive removed. if i had an allergy or intolerance, thatd be a major issue yet luckily its just a preference thing. edit 1: they've since taken 30 minutes to make my order due to a shortage of chicken selects, again left something in that i requested to be out, and did nothing in regards of a refund or apology. edit 2: see attached pic... also paid 30p for lettuce which as u can see, is not there..
Slowest McDonald’s ever. Waited 20 minutes for a simple order and it wasn’t even that busy.
Love McDonald's - but this is bloody awful. Service is totally focused on delivery so if you walk in to order - do not expect fast food as you will be waiting for a long time. If there is an alternative that you fancy in the town go for it - do not give this place your money as they are clearly taking people for granted!
We have ordered there from the Just Eat app, 3 times over the last 2 months. Each time an item or two missing. Even when the receipt on the side of the bag is correct. How can you get this basic stuff wrong?! Awful
This is the best McDonald's that I have ever had the pleasure of eating at. The staff are so friendly, and the food is of the highest quality better than Miller and Carter. The person on the fries yesterday was doing an extremely good job, and I was overwhelmed with the quality and speed of those fries. I love it so much that I will be returning every day for the rest of my life. Love u Maccers xD <3333333
This has to be the worst McDonalds out there. Always massive queues and long waits. They do the milkshakes and leave them on the side to melt whilst they take ages on the food. When ordering they never get the order right. It takes forever for them to prepare, the milkshakes are always “sold out” so you can’t order them and then the order comes with half the food missing. Please get some decent staff and management in to sort it out!
The experience you may encounter in this place is very mixed. On one hand it's a McDonald's which supports ordering from modern digital menus dotted about the place, and also the McDonald's app. On the other hand they don't seem to support table service even though the tables are numbered - on more than one occasion I have had to go and get the order after a 15 min wait, the food sometimes takes excessively long to be prepared for takeaways, and they repeatedly get delivery orders wrong, whether the order is via the McDonald's app or via Uber Eats. The food is too notch McDonald's food though. It's just a pity about the other things.
Worst!! Worst !! Worst McDonald’s in the area.order took 30 mins to prepare and again found out some items were missing. And went home and saw gave the cheese burger without the cutlets. Rude attitude from staff and very very unprofessional manager. And unhygienic store and staff touching food with bare hands.made whole meal rubbish and waste of money and time. Should operation management look at this matter and resolve this. Because they wasting peoples money.
