The most horrible experience. I sent my order at 13:22 but arrived 15:23. When I called them , they said no one answer the door bell which is a big lie.. I was waiting for them. When the delivery man came again I looked on the window and he was at the opposite building so I had to call him. They never called me on my mobile to say if they had a problem finding my address. I will definitely stop
Ordering from them.

Use them regularly both collection and delivery. Never got an order wrong to my memory, always prompt and delivered hot.

I ordered a pizza at just gone 2pm today it took over an hour to turn up plus it was cold! I rang to ask where my Pizza was they just said should be with you in 15mins. No apologies or anything just that we are busy the customer service is horrendous. So once Pizza had I arrived I complained again and said it’s not good enough. In the end they said my next order will involve a free large pizza but that’s only there word! Plus delivery driver was not at all apologetic.

I have ordered 3 times from these guys and that still can't get a order right I order big pot of BBQ sauce everytime this time thay bring me a garlic and herb one not happy thay need people who's gonna read the labels and can write to correct order down
