I love coming to Bills @ Welwyn Garden City with my family. Service staff are always obliging and over indulging. Lovely atmosphere and a lovely choice of food. Tend to go because of their breakfast but other meals are great too. What I really like is 70’s-80’s classic soul jams they play in the background. Keep it up Bills.

What an interesting place to eat, industrial meets rural, lots of metal and lots of wood with dried chilli's hanging off the metal rafters. The staff were attentive, polite and obviously work hard by the amount of rushing around that I witnessed. They really make you feel welcomed. The burger I had was so, so nothing out of the ordinary. My partner had the fish pie which she enjoyed , bar the fish bones.The desserts on the other hand were exceptional and worth the trip just for that alone, the coffee too was fantastic, the best I've had for a long time. Beware though, Bills are naughty, they wack a service charge on your bill (cheek) which I understand goes to head office for distribution to all staff at the end of the year. I don't agree with this policy and opt to remove this from my bill which is my right. I prefer to pay the waiting staff directly in cash, if they walk the extra mile they should be rewarded for their efforts! It's a good incentive too, after all they're probably on minimum wage and the tips help bolster that meager wage. All in all we had a nice time. I would go back to give Bills another try I certainly wouldn't right them off on the first visit !

Good friendly service. Good food with a regularly changing menu. We were well looked after in the mid afternoon and the service is always good, which makes it a place we want to go back to. App is good for getting a discount too.

Lovely breakfast, bit on the pricey side but very well cooked. Staff are really friendly. My wife went the night before for a girls nigh out to celebrate a birthday, bills gave the birthday GIRLS presents and everyone free cocktails!

Fantastic service every time. Lovely staff, Great atmosphere and food. My go-to in Welwyn.
