I like a good KFC and honestly my review counts not only for KFC but for all the mainstream fast food places. You get what you get, customer service is never consistent, cleanliness is never consistent, food is never consistent but honestly I don't expect it to be great or bad, it's just one of your mainstream fast food joints. Technically if I could rate it 2.5 out of 5 that's what it would be just... average and honestly that's not a bad thing and I've worked in a number of fast food places I'm sure most people have but do you really expect any more or any less really? Can you tell me of any KFC, McDonald's, burger king etc... that hasn't got mixed reviews? I like a good KFC and I will just go to the nearest KFC to get it
Useless... staff had nothing cooked at opening so had a very long wait before having my order taken only to be completely miss understood and given something completely different even though it being queried. Staff on another planet!!
Had bits missing from my order I ordered from just eat, and gravy was spilled all over the remainder of the meal. Although they offered to help, in the end didn't, I now have a disabled daughter devestate and basically been robbed of 30 pound, everyone I contacted read from the same robotic script as they had no genuine compassion or management skills to make amends I'll never use either again!
Second, and most definitely the last time I’ve been here. Tbe food was disgusting. I don’t know how long the chips have been sitting around. The chicken was worse the batter was not cooked properly - They were a big lumps of uncooked flour on the meat . These were horrible cuts of meat really disappointed Parking: N/A
Found a hair in a burger… Ordered KFC for lunch at work via Deliveroo, total order was over £55. The food was good until we opened a Zinger Stacker box meal, the burger had a dark hair in the burger under the bun, melted into the cheese. Disgusting and very unhygienic, completely put us off our food and won’t be ordering again from them soon.
I’ve rated the KFC in WGC as 1 star not because of 1 experience, but because of consistently poor service and quality of food. It is by far the worst kfc ive ever used. Doesn’t matter how many chicken pieces you order, always get a pile of chicken legs. No breast, no thigh, just drumsticks, a wing if you’re lucky. Sounds an easy problem to solve..However when you specifically ask for no drumsticks, the horror on their faces, the attitude and rudeness. The chicken is the dryest, poor quality, sat there all day. The service is as if I have inconvenienced them. Conned again this evening, so the staff and management can serve bones instead of meat.
Disappointing Experience at KFC I recently visited my local KFC restaurant, and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. It was a complete letdown from start to finish, leaving a bitter taste in my mouth both literally and figuratively. First off, the service was shockingly poor. The staff members seemed careless and disengaged, paying little attention to customers and their needs. Not only were they slow in taking orders, but they also got them wrong multiple times. It was frustrating to see such incompetence and lack of attention to detail. Moving on to the food, it was far from satisfactory. The chicken was overcooked and dry, lacking the juiciness and tenderness that one would expect from a reputable fast-food chain. The flavor was bland and uninspiring, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. Even the side dishes, such as the mashed potatoes and coleslaw, were lackluster and tasted like they had been prepared hours before. Moreover, the cleanliness and hygiene standards were highly questionable. The dining area appeared dirty, with greasy tables and floors that hadn't been properly cleaned. It was an uncomfortable environment that made me question the overall sanitation practices of the restaurant. To make matters worse, the prices were exorbitant for the quality of food received. Paying a premium for subpar food is simply unacceptable. There are countless other fast-food options available that offer better quality at more reasonable prices. Overall, my experience at KFC left me incredibly dissatisfied. The poor service, lackluster food, questionable cleanliness, and high prices make it impossible for me to recommend this particular KFC location. It was a regrettable visit that has certainly discouraged me from returning in the future.
Well I was eating chicken with my then they were like “fanum tax” and we left and then baby gronk livvy dun came in and started rizzing, very skibbidi experienceFood: 1/5
I don’t know what happened to the food quality here as it used to be alright but now it’s gone drastically downhill. The chicken is always dodgy and hard to chew and the coating on chicken strips soggy , soft and bland. I gone back 3 times since the first bad experience hoping it would change but it’s only getting worse , I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
Would recommend eating in or collecting the food yourself as delivery services can take a long time and the food is always better hot and fresh.Food: 4/5
