Very unclean, staff don't smile. Staff put there bare hands inside chips empty bag and and burger bun with there bare hands and not wash, this is all after they have served you taking money. Very disappointing wont go again.

Gravy tasted like nail polish remover and was very thin and transparent, took it back and asked for refund but because it was part of a meal they gave us coleslaw instead which looked equally as unapitasing. The toilets are absolutely disgusting, the floor is always damp and wet and the nappy bin is situated right next to the hand dryer, unhygenic in my opinion, it could be better layed out. It always smells in there, and there is grime and dirt around the taps and plug hole in the sink. I have avoided this toilet when I've been in there but sometimes it's the closest and I've had to go, reluctantly.

The only thing that lets this place down is the toilets..well the LACK OF...just ONE..and its FILTHY....they can get in a fluster and get orders wrong..as (please dont jump on the PC WAGON!) English is their 2nd language and it took my alot of pointing..and finger counting to tell them what I wanted..causing Longer queues! It may not happen everyday .but everytime I walk past the queue does end out of the door! Theres only ONE door for entry and exit...it can get very congested. NOT GOOD IF THERE WAS A FIRE!

Always good food here! Good layout inside . staff need to be a bit more friendly and smile for customers but avoid going to the toilet here was disgusting needs a good clean!

Kentucky Fried Chicken; mmmm. The food is still tasty regardless of the extra oil; but it does appear to be extra oily. My personal score is 9/10.
