After last maccies experience we didn’t really want to go again thinking they were gonna be the same , we decided to take the chance Ann went to another maccies in Blackburn an it’s definitely a lot better food was very tasty an came hot. Best I can say was, its ok. Gone are the days of McDonalds being a fun place to bring the kids, its a sterile, generic place. Without the sign over the door it could have been any fast food joint. Food was ok and that was about it really. Barely see any staff as well as you order from a touch screen and the food appears on a small counter.
This McDonald’s specificly is so lazy! They never can be bothered to answer their phones their customer service is poornEverytime you order something they always forget to add something or give you the complete wrong order! And it makes you wonder how the staff get away with being like this, absolutely shocking and poor from such a big franchisenCan quite clearly see I ordered spicy nuggets and you send me a whole 20 nuggets I don’t even eat, poor honestly
Can’t rate it 5 stars for anything. I placed an order at 2:05, spending £20; including a voucher, only for it to delay my delivery for 45mins despite me living 10mins away. I have a baby at home so I cannot just go myself and rely on things like this!! Always a let down with this place! You get rubbish delivery service and the food is always ALWAYS cold and flavourless somehow despite living nearby!! Half the time they forget half of your order too. Staff don’t answer the phone when you ring about where your order is and the JustEat app has said they’ve been “finding a driver” for the last 45mins!! Absolute letdown of a place. Wouldn’t even bother here anymore, probably get it hotter coming from Antartica!
Every time I use the app at this restaurant they miss items off the order!!nThird time in a row, ok so it was a large order 7 meals and extras however they need to get it right!nPlus never answer the phone and don’t respond to emails goes to show how high customer service and satisfaction is here
