Best I can say was, its ok. Gone are the days of McDonalds being a fun place to bring the kids, its a sterile, generic place. Without the sign over the door it could have been any fast food joint. Food was ok and that was about it really. Barely see any staff as well as you order from a touch screen and the food appears on a small counter.
This McDonald’s specificly is so lazy! They never can be bothered to answer their phones their customer service is poornEverytime you order something they always forget to add something or give you the complete wrong order! And it makes you wonder how the staff get away with being like this, absolutely shocking and poor from such a big franchisenCan quite clearly see I ordered spicy nuggets and you send me a whole 20 nuggets I don’t even eat, poor honestly
It's was a very bad experiencenI ordered sausage and egg muffin finally I got half bun with sausage egg I left the shop after 10minutes I opened my breakfast I was shocked £10.28 at 6.14am drivethru order. Once I found mistake went shop &asked them they just replaced my breakfast that's it's no proper sorry and I asked her give me staff name but she didn't give me.
After last maccies experience we didn’t really want to go again thinking they were gonna be the same , we decided to take the chance Ann went to another maccies in Blackburn an it’s definitely a lot better food was very tasty an came hot. Staff was nice a the atmosphere was welcoming. Definitely be making this our stop for breakfast. When ever in Blackburn
Chips hot burger hot to one pay point not working but rest were loved the spice and pineapple combe had table service due to a lot of just eat drivers it worked well
