The one star is given fir the staff at the counter, other than that they deserve a big zero. The grilled chicken was boiled and then thrown on the grill and brushed with some red colouring. It tastes rubbery. The place is not clean as well.
Ordered 3 pizzas took 2 hours to arrive, phoned up and they said driver was on there way. 42 minutes later the driver arrives, pizza were cold 3 sauce tubs were spilled in the bag with drinks,chips were put upside down in the bag . If you are hungry dont order from here unless you are willing to wait hours for cold food. Was not worth £42 at all £15 at best! Absolutely shocking
Very sly staff here. Ordered 1x9" pizza deal and 1x7" pizza deal and was told 15 minutes order number 52 and It would be £10 however upon collection they charged my mate £15.47 and said we'd ordered 2x9" deals and 1x7" deal. What they had actually done was made 1 of the pizzas with tandoori chicken instead of Chinese chicken and then thought they'd charge me for their mistake....... Been going here for years but WILL NOT be going again. BEWARE!!!!!

Excellent service and make delicious fresh pizza, a couple of odd experiences but overall very good. We are a regular customer now.
Recent visit. I didn't have a problem with the food. I had a sizzler burger meal. You know standard. Great meal. Can't say the same for the cleanliness of the place. Lad put my meal in a dirty tray that hadn't been wiped from a previous customer. Had salt and chicken on it. The lad who was serving me answered the outlet's phone in the midst of taking my order! There were plenty of other staff around. Could do with plenty of improvement therefore a 3 is warranted.
What a pathetic service. When ringing and asking why they didn’t read the instructions for the food, they replied the guy who deals with the order’s doesn’t know English. Shocking. So not only do they send you the wrong order they have zero people skills and do nothing to correct your wrong doings. Won’t be ordering from here again.
Terrible place, man taking our order was on the phone to someone, no respect whatsoever, grabbed the money out of her hand like a robber. We didn't even get what we asked for in the end. hygeine was also non existent. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
Prices sharply up, less chips but burgers still Filling and good tasting.Food: 4/5
The burger was literally cold! Felt like it is been in the warmer for like 3-5 hours! Absolutely shocking!
