Food tastes good. But it really grinds my gears when you ask for a slice of cheese on your burger, you pay extra for that slice of cheese on your burger, and then you get home and there is no slice of cheese on said burger. I usually watch them make my burger and they always forget the slice of cheese and I remind them every single time. This time I forgot to watch them therefore I’m left with no choice but to leave a negative review. Please improve your customer service. It’s not good enough to charge customers extra for goods which you then fail to provide
Chicken wings and chicken are tasty, could do with a little more flavour to burger, quite bland. Customer service is just standard. They serve you as normal and that's it.Food: 4/5

Probably one of the best chicken shops in blackburn. The quality of the food can be hit and miss at times but when they get it right it’s . The strips are my favourite from here the fiery burger is no way as good as the shops in Manchester.
The pizza and red salted chips and chicken nuggets are the best It's so good
Absolutely disgusting service. I ordered on just eat and an hour later I offered to pick up as there was going to be a delay. I eventually received my order after waiting in the shop. I needed another pizza and asked if I could get one delivered. The young man stated min order is £10. I advised him that this order was supposed to be a delivery and I paid already, so if he could make any consideration. He rudely said if you had waited for a delivery you would have had it. I just left. The chips were very stale too. And I had to ask him to correct one of the burgers as it should have been BBQ. So all in all, delivery was delayed, collection was delayed, burger was wrong, chips were stale and the worst thing was the attitude of the guy, rude and upsetting. In all honesty if he wasn't so rude I would not be leaving this negative review and would have overlooked the small issues and put it down to the take away being busy.
I am feeling genourous here. Prices are cheap. But the food was 0 stars It tasted like the food was microwaved and overall the taste was horrendouse . The pizza was so bland with no sauce. Burger buns was hard. Definitely needs improving
Unbelievable how these people yet still manage to trade. Give up right now because you are breaking the law.
