We went to Maida for a birthday meal today and left very underwhelmed and disappointed with both the food and the service. None of the soft drinks we ordered were available as they had run out and were not planning on ordering anymore until after Ramadhan (irrelevant from a customer perspective). I ordered spicy Jerk wings but got sweet BBQ wings instead but accepted them due to the wait (keep reading) The lamb chops were actually mutton and poorly tenderised at that as they had very large bones and tough chewy meat. Some food was served early to guests on our table whilst others were left waiting for theirs. The Chinese style chips were chips heavily coated in a thick spicy sweet sauce - far from Chinese style. I take no pleasure in leaving negative reviews but had to post this as when you visit a well established venue with a new extensive International menu you expect the staff to be able to deliver what they advertise. I think the Wings & Wrap menu needs to be reviewed and shortened or you need to find chefs who are trained in real American, Chinese and Caribbean food.

Food was nice but i am giving three star because of owner rules for customer which is very very wired when i say to waiter pack my remaining food he bring the stuff and says pack by your self. And replied its a owner order that costumer have to pack their own food. They should pack the costumer food in the future not to bring all the stuff in front of all other costumer and let the costumers pack their own food. Regard Syed Zulqarnain Yousuf

Dislike the food. The service was ok. There are better places in Blackburn.
