Had an excelent experience at this McDonald’s. The food arived quickly and was hot and tasted great. The rest of the staff especially Khushbu were incredibly polite and checked in on us throughout the meal to make sure everything was perfect. Overall a fantastic visit. Definitly recommend
The drive through had a 20 minute wait from ordering to collecting. This was 6am on 22Jun25.nThey were getting everyone’s orders wrong and forgot to put the sausage in my sausage and egg McMuffin!! Very poor !!
I don't go to McDonald's as much as I used to. On this visit I had a 'double fillet o fish' which was very tough and I edit because I was so hungry.nObviously being by an airport on a Friday I had sat in the car for four hours and I just needed to turn around and go home so I didn't complain. The rest the food I had was up to the usual McDonald's standard. I also use the toilet which was clean and perfectly serviceable.
We dined here after a long flight. After leaving the car park we realised we left an item behind we returned to retrieve it less than 10 minutes after. There was no way for us to register our car with the restaurant so a fine was sent to us, regardless the circumstances we were told we shouldn’t have returned within the 4 hours period. I understand that policy as they are near an airport but Im shocked at the lack of lenience in this case. I don’t expect a response as I see multiple similar reviews just be cautious when you park here!
We ate at McDonald’s in July 2025 and received a £100 fine for our custom.nIt was then increased to £170 after I appealed it and provided proof of purchase and now possibly £280 as I’ll be contesting it in court.nDon’t get caught out and read the signs very carefully!
