Matthew Anthony Estate Agency is a reliable and commendable partner and a friend. After 3 months of a frustrated process of securing an accommodation for my relocation from Scotland to England, with so many disappointments.  My dream came true with a package and my dream accommodation. I would highly recommend anyone looking to use an estate agents to use Matthew Anthony Estate Agents. We can't thank them enough for their help getting us into a property. The renting market has been absolutely crazy and my partner and I were really struggling to find a place. We contacted Matthew Anthony about a property and they turned our stressful search into a smooth sailing process and relieved alot of the pressure from us. Madi has been on hand answering all our questions no matter how simple or silly they have been and there was a lot of them!. She really helped us understand what was going on at each step of the way.

We brought a house where Matthew Antony was the agent and they helped to make the process very smooth. Madi was very propressional and helpful during the viewing and gave us longer to look around than other agents currently do. Once we had the offer accepter her and Matt were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We didn't have to chance very much and the purchase was completed smoothly.

I use Matthew Anthony to rent out my flat. In my experience, they are very personable, knowledgeable, responsive and do what they can to resolve any issues even when the going gets tough!. I feel that they really do go the extra mile and understand that clients have a choice where to place their business.
