Lots of selection in clothing and accessories at very reasonable prices!!!! There are plenty of things under one roof. Staff is friendly and helpful.. Good collection in kids clothing, Accessories and toys.  The store is open till 9PM in the evening on weekdays which is great. They have got plenty of parking spaces so never struggled to get parking space. Overall a good place and you will find what you want. Only thing which sometimes I have struggled with is getting the right sizes. It has happened with me couple of times that we found something nice but could not get the right size. The available sizes were either very small or very large which sometimes gets frustrating as you like something but cannot get it.

Love the customer service here. A simple hello when you come in goes a long way. Husband wanted a particular size of shoe and I loved how the young man went out his way in the store room to get exactly what was needed. Very happy husband. Lady on tills very polite and chatty too. The best service ever!

Very much like this store and thank goodness in this financial crisis it exists. Some good quality clothing on show and on offer.nAlways found the store clean, well managed and interesting.

JUNE 2024:nnALL tills are now self service except 1 for returning items I won't be using Matalan again nnUpdated review: JAN 2024nnPoor selection on sizes..went specifically for thermals and only sizes were XL or XXL.nThese were not sale itemsnnGreat to see they've sorted better changing rooms at last.nnAs for the tills as per usual 1 person serving and 50thousand self service tills ...totally stupid!!!! Get rid of half of them and put people back on the tills!nnNo customer toilet anymore which I think is a big mistake, I could understand during covid but no excuse now  they have baby change but no toilet in it!!!! Poor Poor Poor!nn_______________________________________nnAPRIL.2023nI specifically went yesterday looking for a dress they advertise, it wasn't anywhere in the store I know they might have ordered it in for me but I don't have the time frame for that Very disappointing that they advertise so many beautiful dresses yet I barely saw any in this store!nnGlad to see tills back to where they originally were at the front of the store but please put more than 1 person on the till, every time I use the self serve ones there are ALWAYS problems ..I HATE THE SELF SERVE TILLS!!!nnAlso good to see the changing rooms back & useable next to the tills although why only 2?? There use to be at least 8 so why on earth you think 2 would be acceptable is odd as It is nowhere near enough!!! There were big queues yesterday for them, also they aren't as big or private as the old changing rooms unfortunately but better than none I guess.

Amazing shop.nHowever, the staff was really rude who is not willing to listen and help just rushing to talk to each other.nMy child needed a toilet and they dont have the facility but they wouldn't consider a child's urgent needs! They wouldn't even listen and just kept saying no to everything I said and looking else where and talking to  other people.nThey expect us to come and shop there and go and use the facility somewhere else.nBaby cannot be changed there and they didn't think it was important for a child to be allowed to use the toilet they clearly use.nWell too bad that they lost a shop lover.nGreat shop again but the staff needs to learn empathy, kindness and manners.
