Lots of selection in clothing and accessories at very reasonable prices!!!! There are plenty of things under one roof. Staff is friendly and helpful.. Good collection in kids clothing, Accessories and toys.  The store is open till 9PM in the evening on weekdays which is great. They have got plenty of parking spaces so never struggled to get parking space. Overall a good place and you will find what you want. Only thing which sometimes I have struggled with is getting the right sizes. It has happened with me couple of times that we found something nice but could not get the right size. The available sizes were either very small or very large which sometimes gets frustrating as you like something but cannot get it.

Spent quite a long time selecting clothes and after searching the store for the changing rooms I found an assistant who told me there are no longer changing rooms here. So I put back all the clothes which came to over a hundred pounds back as I was not prepared to buy without trying on. If I had to return anything I would have to do a 40 mile round trip. I am sure you are going to lose a lot of sales because of no changing rooms. I won't be returning unless the changing rooms are brought back and I am not the only one I am sure.

I used to shop here rather than buy online from other retailers due to them having the advantage of being able to try on the clothes. Now there is no changing rooms i will no longer come here. I may aswell buy online from somewhere else if i'm taking the chance anyway. A clothes shop where you can't try on the clothes? There is now no point in having the store. I'm sure they will start closing stores and blame customer habits, economy, people shopping online etc etc.

One of the managers provided terrible customer service. Instead of assisting customers, the manager was more interested in other jobs. When I asked for assistance and requested to help since I was getting late for work,  He rudely responded by telling me to wait for 10 minutes because I have other things to do.   I had visited the Swindon store , Tuesday Morning 31/01/2023.

No fitting rooms. Why??? What's the point of selling clothes if customers can't try it on. I bought the stuff that I wanted to try on, then I took it out to my car , and I did try them on. When I finished, I took everything back what I didn't need. So don't be surprised if you see people in underwear next to their cars.

Value for money store. Better layout now they have moved the tills. Shame the no longer have changing rooms though.

Only popped in for a Browse.  Enjoyed looking around, but didn't buy anything on this occasion. I have Bern pleased with purchases in the past.

I love the choice of childrens clothes. Great, well organised, clean shop. Very well stocked. However, what let's them down are a few members of staff that make it obvious they don't want to be there. The young girl serving me today, seemed annoyed i was doing to seperate transactions 1 cash and the other card.i was taking my items out of the trolly and placing them on the till she kept moving them and huffing and puffing as if i was doing something wrong. Then when it came to paying i went to place the cash in her hands and she told me to put the money there  on the side and then put my change on the side rather than in my hand. Now i understand covid is on the rise again and this may be an issue for her, however she was very rude about it. Customer service lets this place down!

Big store and well laid out. Lots of options for everyone and a good little home section at the back.

My wife wants to shop but there is no toilet for me. So we had to leave. Such a big popular shop and no toilet....shame on you.
